Here at MSTC we perform a comprehensive fitness evaluation, create a customized strength program and provide one-on-one training and support.  Our personal trainers boast a wide variety of specialties and vast educational backgrounds.  The personal trainers at MSTC can provide a routine tailored to an individual if they have chronic injuries or ailments, are aspiring athletes, or are just looking for general weight loss and overall health. MSTC deliveries exceptional one on one or group personal training, with our use of education, new trends, and our functional training philosophy. 

Muscular Sports & Therapy Center has created a full wellness center to helping our clients achieve and exceed their fitness goals.  Part of this is a 2,300 Sq ft. personal training room for our members and non members.  Its state of the art mondo floor is used in most major universities across the country for it durability and injury prevention.  Our top-of-the-line equipment includes numerous features that would not be found in many training rooms or fitness centers. It is our goal to help you reach the level of fitness that you have been striving for.There is nothing like one-on-one training to get you there!
