Offseason Winter Strength and Conditioning
This program will teach and promote the very principles that are spreading throughout the collegiate and professional ranks. The science of strength and conditioning is always changing and though many base principles are still successfully taught here at Muscular Sports Therapy Center we have also adapted with the times and added in many cutting edge strategies to help each athlete reach their peak performance.
Here at Muscular Sports Therapy Center we can provide an overall conditioning program for any level of athlete. The Athletes would start with the learning of basic core lifts and running technique and then broken down further into sports specific and overall athletic conditioning. Our general core lifts are not the norm (Bench Press, Squat, etc.) but rather functional lifts that enhance the strength and performance of the athlete starting with their lumbo-pelvic hip complex, abs, and lower back. A plyometrics and agility component will also be performed. We are offering this program to two different age groups, and both boys and girls are welcome, This conditioning program will bottom line help your child perform better in whatever arena or sport they intend on playing. We are offering a variety of days and times for two specific age groups. Listed below are the options.
3days a week
Monday, Wed, Friday Times:3-4pm or 4-5pm
2 Days a week
Monday and Wed or Tues and Thursday
Times:3-4 or 4-5pm
Starting Monday January 3, 2011
Grades 5 -- 8 Grades 9 – 12 Boys & Girls
$15.00 per session for twice a week
$12.00 per session for three times a week.

Prices are based on 1 month minimum
(Minimum 5 people per group )

FITMIX CARDIO instructor Jim Holt
Combines the grace of Martial Arts with 10 basic elements of fitness: Coordination, Flexibility, Balance, Speed, Strength, Cardio, Stamina, Agility, Accuracy, and Power. It's uniquely blends Martial Arts and CrossFit training into a fat burning, muscle toning, core-interval, cardio workout to kick you into shape. $10 per class or $90 for unlimited month!
